Day Concierge

The Day Concierge will assist the Concierge team in the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and their guests at 60 Curzon. They will need to have a strong passion for delivering great service in a professional manner and be able to work well under pressure.

They will greet residents and their guests upon arrival and assist with all calls and emails to the concierge desk, and residential deliveries. They will assist with ad-hoc resident requests such as transportation bookings, restaurant bookings, theatre bookings and dry-cleaning requests. They will refer any significant lifestyle requests to the Senior Concierge to assist or handle requests during peak time and as required. 

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of luxury hospitality experience as a concierge. 
• Must have excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
• Must be service driven, understand the importance of going the ‘extra mile’.
• Must be assertive, show initiative and have a very keen eye for detail.
• Wear correct uniform at all times and maintain impeccable standards of appearance, personal hygiene, behaviour and discipline.
• Experience serving UHNWIs.
• Good knowledge of Central London and surrounding local area.
• High standard of written and spoken English, additional language skills beneficial.
• Ideally, full clean UK driving licence.
