The Role

The Night Concierge is the very first member of staff that residents and their guests meet upon arrival at Regent’s Crescent. You will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and their guests at Regent’s Crescent and it will be your duty to create memorable experiences. You will need to have a strong passion for delivering great service in a professional manner and be able to work well under pressure.

Duties include:

  • Deliver unparalleled level of service in an intuitive and bespoke manner and be an ambassador for Regent’s Crescent
  • Greet residents and their guests upon arrival at Regent’s Crescent, as well as looking after their safety and comfort.
  • Manage all calls from residents and answer all emails in a timely fashion.
  • Manage all booking requests for communal facilities and manage the housekeeping teams to ensure rooms are prepped for use and cleaned afterwards.
  • Organise any postal requirements on behalf of residents.
  • Build trustworthy, professional relationships with all residents and aim to exceed expectations when dealing with any lifestyle requests including transportation bookings, restaurant bookings, theatre bookings, chauffer service and dry-cleaning requests.
  • Reporting all incidents to the Senior Night Manager in a timely professional manner
  • Ensure reception area and common parts of Regent’s Crescent remain pristine at all times.
  • Assist with preparing for and facilitating weekly activities plan.
  • Understand and appreciate the needs of the different users of the scheme and develop service delivery as appropriate. 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within 5-star Hotel or super-prime residential
  • Must have good organisational skills, excellent communication skills and customer service skills, and good understanding of Health and Safety
  • Service driven, understand the importance of going the extra mile.
  • Experience dealing with high-net-worth clients.
  • Good knowledge of the central London area and surrounding local area
  • High standard of written and spoken English, additional language skills beneficial
  • Must be assertive, show initiative and have a very keen eye for detail.
  • Efficient in multi-tasking in high pressure environments
  • An interest in UHNW resident lifestyles
  • Enthusiastic and motivated to help internal and external partners.
  • Wear correct uniform at all times and maintain impeccable standards of appearance, personal hygiene, behaviour and discipline.
  • Clean UK or EU driving licence held for no less than two years, to assist with valet service.
  • Eligible to work in the UK
