Sales Director, (f/m/x) – Remote in DE, ES,IT, or DK – SaaS/Greentech

What you will do
Reporting directly to the CEO you will take the reins of the global sales effort at Retraced, managing the existing team of 10 and growing a global sales force in Europe and the US.
- If you haven’t already, you’ll learn all about the global fashion and textiles landscapes
- Achieve revenue and acquisition targets, optimize sales cycles, and ensure high team performance and customer retention
- You will represent the company at industry events and maintain key relationships
- Expand on our success to date by scaling sales & empowering your team to overachieve
- You’ll lead by example to gain the trust and respect of the sales team
- Play a pivotal role in relevant People and Culture projects (Hiring, Training, Promotions, Feedback/reviews, onboarding, offboarding)
- Build trust and collaborate with your peers in Marketing, CSM, and Product in advancing our platform and delighting your customers
- Develop global sales strategies that align with company expansion goals.
- Set KPIs, conduct market research, and provide feedback to enhance team performance

Who you are
- You have a proven track record of successful leadership and managing a distributed sales team of 10+
- Experienced in executing sales strategy within a start-up, scale-up or comparable high growth environment
- Significant experience in all people aspects relating to your team IE: hiring, training, coaching, setting goals, performance reviews, onboarding/offboarding
- Excellent people manager and communicator
- Background in software/SaaS sales
- Data-driven, with strong project management and public speaking skills
- Full fluency in English (Written and spoken) other languages advantageous
- Happy with travel (We’d expect you to spend around 30% of your time on the road visiting clients, attending events, visiting the office and spending time with your remote team)
- Experience working in Fashion/Supply Chain/Sustainability or all of those would be a big positive
