About this role:

We’re looking for a passionate and strategic sales professional to help us expand our reach among International School Groups (ISGs) and Ministries of Education (MOEs).

 As International Groups and Ministries Consultant in our sales team, you will be working with our sales leadership team in targeting and growing our International School Groups and Ministries’ segment.

You’ll work closely with the sales leadership team, playing a key role in driving international growth by building strategic relationships with school groups, ministries, and educational organisations

International Groups and Ministries Consultant Job responsibilities: 

  • Contact and work with assigned ISG Head Offices to demonstrate and showcase the benefit of a centralized agreement/contract with Renaissance
  • Generate and negotiate central pricing agreements with ISG’s and Ministries
  • Contact and work with assigned Ministry departments to demonstrate and showcase the benefit of a MOE agreement/contract with Renaissance
  • Ability to deliver a consultative, enterprise level solution sales process across a breadth of Renaissance products
  • Prospect and network to generate new leads and connections with targeted groups and ministries
  • Identify new opportunities for growing international business development
  • Strategically work alongside a team of Educational Advisors who deliver training
  • Develop and deliver agreed target plans
  • Consultative solution selling and closing sales with new and existing customers
  • Evaluate market trends and data to make strategic and commercially viable decisions

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience leading international accounts and generating new business
  • Successful track record of developing and delivering long term commercial plans to market
  • Ambitious, self-starter, with established sales experience, (preferably in education sales)
  • Success in managing long-term and complex business development
  • Experience in delivering a consultative ‘solution selling’ approach with customers
  • Strong commercial acumen – able to understand the problem and work on a solution
  • A persuasive influencer and relationship builder with senior people in customer and partner organisations in a range of geographical and cultural contexts.
  • Excellent communicator, able to work across cultures and use active listening to understand customer challenges.
  • High level of emotional intelligence – able to build relationships in a global setting.
  • Able to work across time zones
  • Empathy – able to understand our market, our customers and their challenges
  • Able to think strategically and also get into the detail
  • Professional level English is required, Arabic highly desirable

Additional information: 

  • This is role is a Hybrid role based out of our newly acquired, Internet City Dubai offices, with the expectation with some travel to other offices as required for team meetings.
  • We offer a competitive salary of around 20-25000 AED per month, plus commission.
