Sales Order Administrator (Part Time, 18 Month Fixed Term Contract)

About this role:
Renaissance are recruiting for a Sales Order Processing Operations Administrator to join our team in Swindon on a 20 hours a week on a 18 Month Fixed Term Contract
The Sales Order Operations Administrator plays an integral part in the order to cash lifecycle for our customers. They are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders through different order methods into the ERP system, as well as ensuring digital products are provisioned correctly on the relevant platform. With the customer at the forefront of what we do, the Order Operations team work closely with Sales, Retention & Customer Services delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Validation and processing of sales orders received by the Sales teams into the ERP system
- Validation and processing of purchase orders received directly from customers into the ERP system
- E-Commerce order validation and processing into the ERP
- Create and maintain customer master data in the ERP
- Support the marketing team on event material requirements for shows & exhibitions
- Global provisioning of digital based products in the relevant platforms
- Regular review and updates of the SOP team work instructions
- Query management for orders and global provisioning for internal and external customers
- Issuing Digital deployment instructions to customers
- Monitoring order holds on a daily basis and working with internal teams for prompt resolution
- Provide support in any project-related work within the sales order processing team
- Identify key areas of improvement, in particular process improvements
- Overtime is not normally required, however during busy periods it may be offered
Skills & Education Required:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with a pass in English and Mathematics
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great team player & also able to work independently
- Excellent verbal & written skills
- Numerate and accurate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience working in an ERP system
Additional information:
20 Hours per week on a 18 Month Fixed Term Contract out of our Swindon Offices, hybrid working (3 days office based, 2 days remote) in our Swindon Site. (Unit 28 Bramble Road, Swindon SN2 8HB) Overtime is not normally required, however during busy periods it may be offered.
Working 20 hours a week, working 5 days a week anytime between 08:30am - 17:00pm (Must be able to commit to 4 hours a day Monday to Friday)
We offer a competitive salary up to £24,500.00 per annum (FTE) Salary for 20 Hours per week is £13,098.32 , dependent on experience, paid monthly, Plus lots of amazing benefits
