Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Digital Content and Social Media Specialist to build and enhance our digital presence. This role will focus on managing and growing our social media channels, creating compelling content, and engaging with our online audience. A key area of responsibility will be promoting our innovative BlueCruise project, a co-working travel experience set to launch in 2025.
Key Responsibilities

Content Creation
- Develop and manage engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and our longevity blog.
- Edit and produce videos, reels, and snippets showcasing our projects and initiatives.
- Set up and maintain a content studio for creating professional-level visuals.

Social Media Management
- Strategically grow our online presence, particularly focusing on the BlueCruise project.
- Interact with and engage our online community to foster relationships and expand our audience.

Campaign Management
- Plan, schedule, and execute social media campaigns aligned with our organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2 years of social media management, content creation, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software and content creation tools.
- Creative Vision: A passion for storytelling through visuals and words.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
- Languages: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (German proficiency is a plus).
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies based on audience feedback and analytics.
