Conference Producer (FTC)
Contract type: Fixed-term
Start date: As soon as possible
End date: Friday 11 September 2026
Location: Reform UK Westminster HQ, with regular UK-wide travel
Reform UK is recruiting an experienced Event Producer on a fixed-term basis to help deliver its National Conference, one of the most high-profile, broadcast-ready political events in the country.
This is an opportunity to join a small, trusted team responsible for producing some of the most visible political conferences and rallies in the UK. The environment is fast-paced, high-pressure, and outcomes matter. We are looking for someone who thrives in that setting and can hit the ground running.
You will work primarily from Reform UK’s Westminster HQ, with regular travel required at short notice, including evenings and weekends, in the run-up to and during the conference.
What to expect
As an Event Producer, you will work with our in-house team to take ownership of the National Conference and any associated events from concept through to delivery, ensuring each production meets Reform UK’s creative, operational, and political objectives.
You will be responsible for:
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of the conference and any assigned supporting events, from initial concept to live execution and breakdown
- Developing creative approaches to event delivery while maintaining message discipline and brand standards
- Managing event budgets, supplier contracts, and financial controls
- Producing health & safety documentation, including risk assessments and operational briefings
- Working closely with the Head of Conference Operations to resolve issues, make decisions on logistics and production, and deliver under pressure
What we’re looking for
- A background in event planning and/or production, ideally including large-scale or live events
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- The ability to work at pace and deliver to a fixed, non-negotiable deadline
- A full UK driving licence (preferable)
- A proactive, can-do mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Availability to start immediately and commit through to Friday 11 September 2026
