Role Overview
Reform UK is seeking a highly organised Training Manager to join our growing Campaigns and Training team. They must excel in communication, organisation, and strategic thinking, possessing a genuine passion for developing others as well as a strong understanding of politics. They must be able to design, deliver, and record engaging training content to support the growth of the party. With 62% of Reform UK members having never been a member of a political party, we have passionate volunteers who are keen to learn how to deliver high quality election campaigns.
The Training Manager is responsible for the party's digital training for volunteer's, Campaign Apprentices, candidates and elected Councillors. This will cover election campaigns, social media, press handling and councillors training as some of the key areas. The Training Manager must lead in training our Campaign Apprentices to deliver high quality election campaigns. Preparing training content to deliver on a branch by branch level at meetings.
You’ll be a natural people-person with sharp administrative and organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and play a vital role in driving results across the UK. While the majority of this role will be Westminster based, you must be prepared to travel when we run a nationwide training tours alongside our Parliamentary Assessment Centres.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and record high quality digital training videos to be stored on ReformPro.
- Constantly review the training we offer and if any content needs updating.
- Develop additional modules to adapt to an ever changing political landscape.
- Train & support our Campaign Apprentices during their development.
- Create training content to be delivered at branch meetings.
- Deliver face to face training.
