Role Overview
Reform UK is seeking a highly organised Parliamentary Elections Manager with a combination of technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills to join our growing Campaigns and Training team.
Responsible for overseeing the campaign for all full-time political roles including devolved elections (Wales, Scotland, London), Mayoral and parliamentary by-elections. This role ensures the effective coordination of candidates and volunteers, maintains administrative consistency, and guarantees timely delivery of campaign materials. The post-holder will work closely with regional teams to ensure campaigns are professionally run and aligned with national strategy.
Make sure there is a wide range of generic national leaflets available to our branches for delivery all year round.
You’ll be a natural people-person with sharp administrative and organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and play a vital role in driving results across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all Reform UK election campaigns for full time positions across the country.
- Track and lay the groundwork for potential Parliamentary By-Elections
- Liaise with candidates, regional directors, and local branches to ensure campaign readiness.
- Oversee the distribution and production of campaign literature and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign progress and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
- Ensure adherence to legal and electoral requirements.
