Role Overview
Reform UK is seeking a highly organised Parliamentary Candidates Manager with a combination of technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills to join our growing Campaigns and Training team.
Responsible for running our Assessment Centres. Making sure we have a full slate of quality candidates for all full time political roles including devolved elections (Wales, Scotland, London), Mayoral and the General Elections. Engaging with the candidates once they have applied and then joined the list. Constantly reviewing everything vetting and candidates related to find efficiencies and improvement.
You’ll play a key role in safeguarding the Party’s reputation and ensuring we uphold the highest standards across our candidate pool, directly supporting the delivery of successful election campaigns across the UK.
Key Responsibilities

Running our Candidate Assessment Centres for those applying for full time political roles

Manage the list and make sure our candidates are contributing to the success of Reform UK

Plan the selection process of these candidates across different elections

Review how we vet full time candidates and what improvements can be made
