Reporting to: Director of Operations

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

 

Overview:

Reform UK is the fastest-growing political movement in Britain, and we are now seeking a dynamic and driven Head of Membership to lead the next stage of our membership journey.

This is a pivotal role within the Party, responsible for developing a clear, compelling, and engaging membership proposition. You will play a key part in retaining and growing our member base, shaping the member experience, and ensuring our supporters feel informed, valued, and included.

You will work closely with our communications, technology, and operations teams to deliver a seamless, interactive, and rewarding experience for all members of Reform UK.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Strategy & Retention: Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow and retain membership, including data-driven analysis of renewal and engagement trends.

Member Engagement: Lead the design and delivery of engaging member communications and campaigns. Draft regular updates, newsletters, and exclusive content to keep members informed and inspired.

Member Proposition Development: Define and articulate the value of membership at Reform UK,  including tangible benefits, exclusive access, and involvement opportunities.

Platform Development: Work with our software development team to enhance and launch a Reform UK Members’ Portal, delivering an intuitive and content-rich digital experience.

Event Involvement: Support the integration of membership into our national and regional events, ensuring members are at the heart of our activities and campaigns.

Innovation: Identify and implement new features, perks, or incentives to drive engagement and long-term loyalty among members.

 

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a membership, communications, or customer engagement role, ideally within a membership organisation or subscription-based service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and organisational skills
  • Data-literate, with an ability to draw insight from performance metrics and trends
  • Experience working with digital platforms or CRM systems
  • A genuine belief in Reform UK’s mission and values
