Senior Lead Generation Manager

As the Senior Lead Generation Manager at ReferOn, you will own and build our lead generation engine end-to-end. You are not just managing campaigns; you are shaping our positioning, refining our ICP, and translating product value into a scalable demand engine. Your goal is to architect a high-performance funnel that connects brand visibility and product launches with predictable pipeline growth and high-quality MQL → SQL conversion.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage the customer journey from initial brand awareness to final conversion. Partner with Sales on ICP, account selection, and engagement strategy
- Execute sophisticated Account-Based Marketing campaigns targeting multiple accounts in iGaming (Operators, Platforms, Affiliate Programs) using tools like Influ2 or Terminus
- Build and run high-converting sequences across LinkedIn, niche social platforms, and email
- Create landing pages, ad copy, and automation workflows within HubSpot/Marketo
- Identify high-intent content themes and build the organic hooks that align with the product roadmap to capture inbound demand
- Implement sophisticated strategies to boost ReferOn’s presence in unconventional and AI-driven discovery platforms. This includes active visibility management on Reddit, Quora, and niche AI forums to ensure ReferOn is the top-of-mind recommendation in automated discovery
- Own the strategy and execution of paid performance channels. You will manage budgets and optimize campaigns across Google Search (SEM), LinkedIn Ads, and niche industry displays, focusing on high-intent keywords and CPA/ROAS efficiency
- Own ReferOn’s presence at key industry events, ensuring they generate a measurable pipeline
- Drive pre-event outreach, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up with Sales
- Engage with our audience across digital communities and platforms (including Reddit and AI-discovery platforms) to position ReferOn as the premier affiliate management solution
- Maintain a "data-obsessed" mindset, performing regular A/B testing on messaging, funnels, and ICP hypotheses to optimize ROI
Requirements
- A deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem and the specific technical challenges faced by affiliate managers and operators
- 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation/ABM with a proven track record of pipeline and revenue impact
- Proficiency in modern B2B stacks, including ABM platforms (Influ2/Terminus), Marketing Automation (HubSpot/Marketo), and Analytics (Ahrefs/Semrush)
- Ability to translate raw data into actionable strategy and optimize conversion rates at every funnel stage
- Fluent business English with the ability to simplify complex technical features into benefit-driven messaging
