We’re seeking a high-performing, strategic, and driven Senior Sales Manager to join the team. This role is perfect for a sales “hunter”—a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, consistently overachieves targets, and approaches client acquisition with resilience and precision.

The ideal candidate will bring deep iGaming industry experience, a passion for automating sales processes, and a consultative sales style that builds trust and delivers value. This role involves global outreach, participation in key industry events, and direct interaction with decision-makers to drive the adoption of ReferOn’s platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted, high-conversion B2B sales strategies to onboard casino and sportsbook operators
  • Identify and engage new prospects through a hunter approach - you seek out deals, don’t wait for them
  • Own the full sales cycle: from lead qualification and product demo to proposal, negotiation, and closing
  • Act as a trusted advisor by presenting tailored technical and business solutions, aligning client needs with ReferOn’s capabilities
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the affiliate and SaaS sales process, including pipeline management and automation tools
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Tech, Compliance) to ensure alignment and a seamless client experience
  • Represent ReferOn at key industry conferences, networking events, and roadshows to build visibility and generate leads
  • Monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitive activity to inform ongoing strategy and product positioning
  • Ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation, supporting post-sale success and long-term client relationships

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the iGaming industry, preferably in B2B SaaS or affiliate marketing solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets, closing high-value deals, and navigating long sales cycles — a true “deal marathoner”
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence speaking to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and execute on goals with minimal oversight
  • Passionate about technology, sales innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Fluent in English

Nice-to-Haves

  • Hands-on experience with affiliate management tools, dashboards, or performance analytics platforms
  • Technical aptitude or experience working in consultative/solution-based sales environments
  • Ability to troubleshoot and support clients post-sale in collaboration with technical teams
