Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment projects, working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and delivering high-quality candidates through strategic sourcing and relationship management. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from initial client consultation through candidate placement and onboarding
- Conduct comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across various roles and industries
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational culture
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies and market insights
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data, track recruitment metrics, and ensure efficient workflow management
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, providing preparation support and feedback
- Negotiate offers and manage the offer acceptance process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Conduct market research and provide insights on salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitive hiring trends
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Meet and exceed established recruitment targets and key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in agency or corporate recruitment settings
- Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment, managing positions from intake to offer acceptance
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking channels
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology platforms
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment methodologies
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets
- Professional communication skills in both written and verbal formats
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
Preferred Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and clients
- Advanced candidate management capabilities, including relationship nurturing and long-term pipeline development
- Experience recruiting for international or diverse markets
- Familiarity with various industries and functional areas
- Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
