About the Marketing team
The Marketing Team is the voice and vibe of Ready. We are responsible for reaching and acquiring new users. It’s our job get people excited about our mission, Product, and latest news.
As a team, we combine creativity and data to maximise our reach, acquisition and retention. We are always testing, never afraid to fail, and always back up our ideas with data or logic.
As our Affiliate & Partnerships Manager, you will get to:
Build and own partner marketing as a growth channel from the ground up - strategy, execution, and optimisation.
- Affiliates & influencers: manage outreach, onboarding, relationship management, and performance tracking
- Sponsored media: manage relationships with publishers, newsletters, and media outlets.
- Partnerships & co-marketing: lead campaigns with fintechs, protocols, and communities (universities, tech, education, crypto-native groups)
- Market discovery: use partner marketing data to identify and prioritize high-potential markets for Ready’s expansion
Your experience should include:
- 1-3 years of experience working in Marketing for a product led company.
- Demonstrated experience in building partnerships with affiliates, influencers, as well as media relationships
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, with strong knowledge of the marketing funnel and a data-driven approach to experimentation.
- Strong knowledge of web3, blockchain, digital currency & fintech
- Self-starter who can build structure and move quickly
- Tech-savvy and data-driven, with strong analytical skills
