Creative Marketing Designer - Spark

The purpose of the Creative Marketing Designer for Spark role is to create impactful visuals that drive engagement, elevate the brand, and support marketing goals. By aligning creative designs with strategy and ensuring consistency across channels, this role enhances the brand’s presence and delivers measurable results.
What will you do:
- Analyzing current Spark brand assets, recognizing the weak spots and areas for improvement.
- Developing consistent branding guidelines for the Spark brand.
- Design engaging and visually appealing marketing materials (CPP, in-app events, websites, campaigns, feature launches, identity, video assets, etc.) for Spark to explain its value to customers.
- Create and participate in promotional concepts and presentations.
- Provide design support for feature launches and promotional campaigns.
About you:
- 5+ years of experience working with marketing design for digital products.
- Bachelor's in design or related field.
- Understanding of product development processes and UI/UX principles.
- Understanding of product design systems.
- Experience working with branding and identity design from the strategy, concept, refinements, and guidelines to implementation.
- Strong B2C branding experience.
- Knowledge of style, color, composition, and typography.
- Experience in ASO design.
- Understanding and experience of UX/UI principles and methodologies.Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Good illustration skills.
- The ability to animate or design in 3D will be an advantage.
