Marketing Designer - PDF Expert Team

This role ensures that PDF Expert’s visual identity not only looks great but also delivers measurable business results.
What you'll do:
- Create high-quality visuals for digital marketing campaigns, including banners, social media posts, email headers, infographics, video thumbnails, and more.
- Design app store assets (screenshots, feature banners, icons) that highlight app functionality and appeal to target audiences.
- Develop branding materials such as pitch decks, presentations, and branded templates.
- Work closely with product marketing managers, acquisition specialists, and other cross-functional stakeholders to conceptualize and execute campaigns that align with brand guidelines and business goals.
- Partner and collaborate with product teams to understand app features and design visuals that communicate core benefits effectively to ensure consistency both in and outside the app.
- Challenge the status quo, stay up-to-date with design trends and user engagement strategies to produce fresh, innovative work.
- Monitor creative performance, conduct creative research and leverage insights to continuously optimize designs.
- Templatize asset creation, where applicable, to increase efficiency and velocity of creative output.
- Ensure all designs align with the company’s visual identity and maintain consistency across platforms.
- Be an active participant in defining brand and visual identity as new features are developed and as the product continues to evolve.
About you:
- 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in marketing or app-related industries.
- A strong portfolio showcasing marketing design work (e.g., social media campaigns, digital ads, or app promotions).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch.
- Familiarity with video editing tools is a plus (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong conceptual and visual storytelling abilities.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, color, and layout design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and app store optimization (ASO) design practices is a bonus.
