Manager, Processes - Organic Growth
As one of Europe's fastest-growing unicorns, we revolutionize eCommerce globally. Through strategic acquisitions and mergers, scaling initiatives, and cutting-edge technology, we're one of the top players in the industry. Following our acquisition of Perch - one of the leading US aggregators - a successful Series D funding round led by Presight Captial in 2024, and additional fundings in 2024 and 2025 we’re aimed toward the next consolidation and a $1 billion top-line business!
Your Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, systems-oriented Manager to lead our Processes & Uploads vertical. This role is critical to the stability, scalability, and quality of our content deployment engine across Amazon and other platforms. You will own and optimize internal workflows, manage key stakeholders and tools (like Hubspot and Jira), and ensure seamless process execution from strategy to frontend.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Own and optimize our internal content operations stack, including Jira and Hubspot pipelines that power our Amazon listings at scale.
- Act as the internal PoC for Amazon SAS and Seller Central, handling escalations, reconciling disputes, and aligning on key ASIN interventions.
- Serve as the go-to person for cross-functional content process questions, especially from our SAS and platform teams.
- Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and lead cross-functional projects to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance throughput.
- Implement low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Hubspot workflows) to reduce manual tasks and improve process accuracy.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and analytics teams to scope, prioritize, and test internal tooling enhancements - while you don’t need to code, you’ll own the operational outcome.
- Lead and mentor the uploads team, setting clear ownership, driving performance, and cultivating a high-accountability culture.
- Oversee frontend reflection workflows (e.g., changelogs, Hubspot API integrations), ensuring transparency and traceability of product updates.
- Design and maintain scalable SOPs, QA frameworks, and upload processes to enable quality and consistency at scale.
- Use advanced Excel and working SQL knowledge to monitor upload health, diagnose recurring issues, and enable data-driven improvements.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role you:
- Hold 3–5 years of experience in operations, program management, or content systems - ideally within eCommerce or SaaS environments.
- Possess hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, including catalog management, A+ content, feed files, and FBA workflows.
- Are proficient in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, error tracking) and have working knowledge of SQL to support data-informed decision-making.
- Are familiar with tools like Hubspot, Jira, and other process or communication platforms used in cross-functional environments.
- Possess a structured, process-first mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks, create scalable solutions, and bring order to complexity.
- Have prior experience leading or mentoring teammates, with a collaborative leadership style and high standards for output quality.
- Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across functions (tech, design, analytics, and operations) and drive alignment.
- Bonus: Exposure to Amazon SAS account management, Zapier or other no-code automation tools, or content QA tooling.
