Product Growth Lead / Senior Product Growth Manager (all genders)

Your Role
As a Product Growth Lead / Senior Product Growth Manager, you will take full ownership of driving revenue growth, profitability, and strategic performance across our Amazon portfolio. You will lead and optimize four key growth levers — Pricing, Promotions, Inventory Planning, and Amazon PPC — while managing a high-performing team and collaborating cross-functionally across the business. You will develop and implement scalable growth strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to unlock new opportunities and drive sustainable business impact. This is a high-ownership role where you will directly influence financial outcomes in one of the fastest-growing segments of e-commerce.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving revenue growth and profitability across our new product portfolio by owning and optimizing Pricing, Promotions, Inventory Planning, and Amazon PPC.
- Developing and implementing scalable sales and growth strategies that maximize product performance and align with overall business objectives.
- Managing and mentoring a small team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Overseeing the execution of both short- and long-term growth initiatives across multiple internal stakeholders.
- Conducting in-depth market and competitor analyses to identify customer trends, market shifts, and new growth opportunities.
- Monitoring and optimizing portfolio financials — including net sales, profitability, inventory health, and promotional ROI.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to implement growth initiatives and streamline processes.
- Continuously tracking and analyzing key business performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and executing optimization initiatives.
- Designing and maintaining dashboards and automated reporting tools to provide insights to stakeholders and leadership.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role you:
- Have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline).
- Hold 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce, consulting, category management, performance marketing, or product growth management, ideally with Amazon experience.
- Possess a strong understanding of Pricing, Promotions, Inventory Planning, PPC and other key growth levers in an e-commerce environment.
- Highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL is a plus.
- Demonstrate leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop team members.
- Exercise excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Showcase strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on, execution-driven mentality.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Hold previous experience in high-growth environments (startups, scale-ups, consulting, or similar) is highly valued.
- Demonstrate curiosity and enthusiasm for e-commerce, product growth, and data-driven decision-making.
- Have the ability to work independently while knowing when to seek alignment or input from stakeholders.
- Obtain a passion for building scalable processes and bringing fresh perspectives and innovative thinking to operational challenges.
