Senior Manager, Design - Organic Growth (all genders)

Your Role

As a Design Senior Manager in our Organic Growth Team, you will lead, optimize and manage the content processes critical to our e-commerce marketplace success for our product portfolio of >5000 products. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end design creation process, from conceptualization to execution, utilizing a design team and photo studio, and integrating AI tools to maximize automation and scale throughput. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the development and management of efficient content creation processes, ensuring high-quality outputs that drive sales growth.
  • Managing and mentoring the global design team and photo studio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and optimal performance.
  • Implementing and optimizing AI tools to automate processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the quality of product listings.
  • Owning the complete design lifecycle, from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Developing and executing strategies for continuous improvement of content processes while leveraging industry best practices.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure cohesive and effective content strategies.

 

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

  • Hold a bachelor's or master's degree (preferred) from a top-ranking university.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years professional experience incl. managing content processes, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Hold strong skills in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, along with a solid understanding of AI tools and their application in content automation.
  • Demonstrate an ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, including designers and photographers.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
  • Possess exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards are maintained across all content outputs.
  • Can develop and implement strategic plans to enhance content processes and drive organic growth.
  • Bonus: Skills in Excel and SQL for data-informed design planning and automation tracking.
