We’re looking for a Senior AML & Compliance Assurance Associate to play a key role in strengthening our financial crime framework and supporting the delivery of our global compliance assurance and testing programme. Reporting to the UK Head of Compliance and MLRO, this is a hands-on role focused primarily on AML and suspicious activity reporting (SAR), with additional responsibilities across assurance and regulatory oversight. - Data analytics proficiency (SQL or similar tools is a plus!).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage given Ramp’s global presence.
- Genuine enthusiasm for fintech, crypto, and the evolving regulatory landscape.
