🙌🏼 What you will be doing
Ramp Network is on the lookout for a Part time Tax Advisor (working 2 days a week) to join our Financial Control team.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, dependable professional who enjoys working collaboratively but can also thrive when working independently. This role is based in our Warsaw or Wroclaw office and offers flexible hybrid working arrangements.
🧩 What you will be working on
- Tax and Regulatory Compliance in Poland: Drive compliance with all Polish tax and regulatory requirements
- Tax and Regulatory Compliance outside of Poland: Support global tax and regulatory compliance by managing relationships with international tax advisors.
- Take ownership of and lead R&D tax credit initiatives in Poland
- Assist in annual audits
- Ad Hoc Support: Respond to cross-organisational requests, providing financial insight and expertise as needed.
🤟🏻 What you will bring
- Tax Expertise: Strong knowledge of corporate tax, VAT and regulatory (NBP and GUS) requirements in Poland.
- Global Compliance Experience: Proven ability to assist and liaise with external consultants to prepare tax and regulatory filings in the UK, Ireland and the US.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in accounting systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite, with regular use in daily operations.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong aptitude for tackling control and reconciliation challenges with innovative solutions.
- Automation and Systems Implementation: Experience in streamlining processes and implementing systems for efficiency gains.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English to operate effectively within a multinational team.
- Ownership and Independence: High level of accountability and autonomy in managing responsibilities.
- Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with NetSuite, Polish statutory account preparation
