🙌🏼 What you will be doing

We are looking forward to meeting Data Engineer to cooperate on data migration and integration. As a Data Team in Ramp, we are growing and building a new Data Platform on Google Cloud Platform. We are looking for passionate people who want to learn more about the data engineering area and want to be a part of a high experience team. In addition to a good atmosphere, we can provide a development path and a mentoring program to allow quick onboarding.

 

🧩 What you will be working on

  • In general, technical supporting of data strategy implementation, in particular:
  • Utilising best practices in Data Warehouse to reduce complexity and costs, using DBT, SQL, Python, Airflow, and GitHub on the Google Cloud Platform
  • Ingesting data ingestions into the cloud data warehouse (BigQuery)
  • Supporting integrations of different data sources (transactional data; SFTP; public datasets using APIs, webhooks) into BigQuery. Optimising performance, monitoring and improving data qualityImplement a data governance

 

🤟🏻 What you will bring:

  • A friendly, professional attitude and genuine excitement about working at the intersection of FinTech and blockchain – no prior blockchain experience required.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to a high-growth startup where your work directly impacts our product and user experience. We value meaningful work over busywork.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Data Engineer or clear evidence of self-driven learning (e.g., GitHub projects, Datacamp, personal portfolio).
  • Solid working knowledge of Python and SQL.
  • Familiarity with concepts like Modern Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Data Lakehouse. Experience with tools like BigQuery, Cloud Composer, or dbt is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience or interest in integrating diverse data sources (e.g., Amplitude, transactional data, SFTP, APIs, webhooks) into BigQuery.
  • As supporting the Finance team, knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance sheet) and reporting software like Netsuite are a plus

  • 30 minute discovery call with our Talent Partner
  • 60 minutes technical interview (including a task)
  • 30 minutes interview Head of Data and VP of Finance
  • 30 minutes final interview with Chief People Officer
