🙌🏼 What you will be doing
Ramp Network’s Finance Manager will play a vital role in bridging the Financial Control team with our statutory and compliance obligations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in line with both local and international requirements. As a pivotal player within the team, you will champion high-quality deliverables while collaborating across departments and taking ownership of independent tasks and initiatives as needed.
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
This position is open to candidates based within a commutable distance of our Warsaw, Wroclaw, or London offices.
🧩 What you will be working on
- Finance Geographical Expansion: Lead projects related to the expansion of our financial operations into new regions, ensuring seamless execution.
- Tax and Regulatory Compliance: Oversee adherence to all tax, statutory and regulatory obligations across jurisdictions.
- Equity Reconciliations: Manage the preparation and review of equity account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Transfer Pricing: Develop and maintain the group’s transfer pricing methodology, including financial modeling and coordination with external advisors.
- Month-End Reporting: Support the timely and precise completion of month-end accounts and related reporting.
- Audit Coordination: Liaise with local and group auditors to fulfill audit requirements and ensure compliance.
- Ad Hoc Support: Respond to cross-organisational requests, providing financial insight and expertise as needed.
🤟🏻 What you will bring:
- Accounting Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, corporate tax, VAT and statutory requirements in Poland.
- Global Compliance Experience: Proven ability to assist and liaise with external consultants to prepare tax and financial filings in the UK, Ireland and the US.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in accounting systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite, with regular use in daily operations.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong aptitude for tackling control and reconciliation challenges with innovative solutions.
- Automation and Systems Implementation: Experience in streamlining processes and implementing systems for efficiency gains.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English to operate effectively within a multinational team.
- Ownership and Independence: High level of accountability and autonomy in managing responsibilities.
- Professional Qualification: Full or part qualification with a recognized professional body (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
- Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with NetSuite, US & UK GAAP, and IFRS standards.
