
HR Technology Manager

Team
We are Core Product Data Insights, a cross-functional team that powers Raisin’s data foundation across all product domains (Savings, Investments and Pension). Our mission is to enable teams to self-serve - building data pipelines, models, and analytics in our Snowflake-based data mesh. We own the Integrated Data Model, bringing together product data from all Raisin domains. From improving query performance and data quality to integrating new product data, we make sure every team can trust and act on their data. Your work here helps shape how data drives decisions and innovation across Raisin.
Your Responsibilities
We are looking for an HR Technology Manager to own Raisin’s HR technology ecosystem and the main projects in the domain.
You will ensure smooth HRIS operations, that the HRIS meets compliance requirements, and that the HRIS itself as well as the connected HR systems are continuously improved.
You will be the go-to expert for the HRIS and know how company-level business results are influenced by the HRIS.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS Ownership
- You will be the application manager for our HR systems, supporting the team as a sparring partner for HRIS challenges.
- You will lead the iterative refinement of major customer- or business- product problems in the HRIS space. You express clearly their value and success criteria, and you call out risks, dependencies and assumptions to qualify. You exhibit accountability for outcomes, not just output.
- You will establish HRIS functionalities that scale with Raisin’s business needs..
- You will ensure sound functioning of HRIS systems.
- You will contribute to the exploration and scoping of Raisin’s future HR technology ecosystem.
- You will be the main point of contact for HRIS and other vendors that provide HR solutions to Raisin and manage the vendor relations with respect to product aspects.
Audit & Project Support
- You will be the owner of HRIS-related audit requests and ensure accurate resolution of the requests.
- You will the ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR) and partner with internal stakeholders like Finance, Legal, and IT to fulfill regulatory and audit requirements.
- You will support the P&C teams with your HRIS-expertise to streamline processes (e.g., onboarding, performance cycles, compensation reviews).
- You are the owner of HRIS documentation at Raisin.
Stakeholder Management
- You will establish and maintain high-functioning communication channels between your team and all your stakeholder groups to maximize their and your effectiveness. You understand their goals, jobs and pains. You bring in the right people, at the right time, in the right way to topics, and convey complex topics, simply and effectively.
- You will lead groups of cross-discipline colleagues through complexity and ambiguity to rapidly reach alignment and meaningful decisions.
Your Profile

- You hold a university degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field, or bring equivalent experience with a strong analytical background.
- You have 3+ years of hands-on HRIS management experience, preferably in enterprise solutions
- You have a strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- You have experience answering HRIS-related audits requests and establishing HRIS compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
- You have had at least some experience with system migration projects.
- You have strong communication skills and you feel comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English (German would be a plus)
