We are looking for an Automation & Integrations Specialist to join the Operations team and partner closely with the Business Operations to build and scale automation solutions across the company. 

About the Role
We're seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to join our HR & Operations team at an exciting moment in our startup's journey.
This is a crucial role in shaping our company's culture and work environment, while ensuring seamless and efficient finance and people operations.
No two days will be the same for you here; you'll always be learning and growing! One thing's for sure - you'll be the friendly face greeting all our team members and visitors, ensuring their time with us is smooth sailing. Plus, you'll be our go-to person for keeping the office safe and looking spick-and-span.
This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of our core team during an exciting phase of growth and impact. 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Supervise office maintenance, grocery, repairs, and services to uphold a pleasant, clean, secure, functional workspace. 
  • Manage office equipment and answer technology needs, operate supplies and inventory. 
  • Handle the entire employee life cycle, including onboarding and offboarding procedures. 
  • Plan and implement company events. Celebrate holidays, birthdays, and other special occasions to foster a positive work environment. 
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including flights and accommodations for our team members. 
  • Support our co-founders in schuduaing meetings and conferences, providing necessary administrative assistance. 
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage invoices, track expenses, handle office budgets, and compile team attendance reports for payroll processing. 
  • Maintain company records and filing, ensuring documents are organized, up to date, and easily accessible. 

What does it require from you?

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar operations, office management, or people operations role. 
  • Professional and emotional intelligence in handling personal information. 
  • Be trustworthy, approachable, and create a comfortable environment for everyone while being easy to talk to and work with. 
  • Strong organizational skills, highly proactive attitude, work independently with a "can-do" approach. 
  • Demonstrate quick learning capabilities and effective adaptability. 
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
