We are looking for an Automation & Integrations Specialist to join the Operations team and partner closely with the Business Operations to build and scale automation solutions across the company. 

 

Role Overview
The Automation & Integrations Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation workflows and system integrations that improve operational efficiency across QuantHealth.
Working closely with the Director of Business Operations and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Customer Success, Clinical, and Product teams, this role will translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions using modern automation, integration, and AI-powered tools.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on implementation and execution. The ideal candidate enjoys building workflows, connecting systems, troubleshooting integrations, and leveraging low-code/no-code platforms to solve business problems. While this is not a software engineering position, it requires strong technical aptitude and experience working with APIs, webhooks, data flows, and business systems. The Automation & Integrations Specialist will also collaborate closely with Information Security (InfoSec) stakeholders to ensure all automations and integrations comply with company security, privacy, and governance requirements. 

 

Responsibilities
Automation & Systems Integration 

  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using platforms such as Zapier, n8n, Make, HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, Slack, and other business systems 
  • Configure and manage integrations between internal and third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks, native connectors, and automation tools 
  • Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows and operational automations 
  • Troubleshoot workflow failures, integration issues, authentication problems, and data synchronization challenges 

Process Automation & Optimization 

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand workflows, requirements, and operational challenges 
  • Identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into practical technical solutions 
  • Improve and standardize operational processes through scalable automation and system design 
  • Create and maintain documentation for workflows, integrations, and operational processes 

Stakeholder Enablement 

  • Train and support stakeholders on automated workflows and integrations 
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and recommendations for process improvements 
  • Promote automation best practices and adoption across the organization 

Security & Compliance 

  • Partner with InfoSec and IT teams to ensure automations comply with security, privacy, and governance requirements 
  • Follow established standards for system access, permissions, and data handling 
  • Maintain appropriate controls and documentation for automated processes 

Requirements 

Must-Have 

  • 2–5 years of experience in automation, business systems, technical operations, RevOps, BizOps, systems administration, or a related role 
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, Make, Workato, or similar tools 
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting API-based integrations and webhooks 
  • Strong understanding of JSON, data mapping, and system-to-system communication 
  • Experience working with business systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, Notion, Monday.com, NetSuite, or similar platforms 
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
  • Comfortable using AI tools and low-code/no-code platforms to develop solutions 
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementations 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders 

Nice-to-Have 

  • Experience with REST APIs, OAuth authentication, and API testing tools such as Postman 
  • Basic scripting experience in JavaScript, Python, SQL, or similar languages 
  • Experience implementing AI-powered workflows and automation solutions 
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment 
  • Familiarity with security and compliance considerations in SaaS environments
