As our new Recruiter, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy, connecting companies with the talent they need to thrive. This role offers the chance to make an impact across multiple start-ups and scale-ups, each at different phases of their growth journey. You'll develop targeted sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, conduct engaging outreach, and create outstanding candidate experiences. Whether you're collaborating with hiring managers, or guiding candidates through their journey, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our companies and shaping their future.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for diverse roles across our group of start-ups and scale-ups.
- Active Outreach: Engage with passive candidates through multiple channels, crafting compelling messages that showcase our unique opportunities.
- Candidate Experience: Create and maintain an exceptional end-to-end candidate journey, from initial contact through onboarding.
- Recruitment Process Management: Own the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinating interviews, providing timely feedback, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, advise on talent market trends, and refine job requirements.

- Experienced Recruiter: With proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within fast-paced environments like start-ups, scale-ups, or high-growth companies.
- Proactive Talent Hunter: You thrive on proactive sourcing and have a track record of successfully engaging passive candidates.
- Relationship Builder: You excel at building rapport quickly with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Adaptable Multi-tasker: You're comfortable juggling multiple roles, companies, and priorities simultaneously.
- Results-Driven Professional: You're motivated by targets and take pride in making successful placements that contribute to company growth.
- Tech-Savvy Recruiter: Ideally experienced working with an ATS System (we use Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
