🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Administration: Support financial reporting, period-end closings, and tax filings while ensuring accurate data management in Exact Online.
• Payments & Cash Flow: Oversee weekly payments, manage invoices via Basecone, and assist with cash flow analysis and credit applications.
• Data Analysis: Own the discounts process, consolidate data from wholesalers and partners, and verify rebate calculations.
• Finance Support: Assist the Financial Controller & Head of Finance with reporting, strategic analysis, and process optimization.

👋 Who You Are

• Finance-savvy: You have a bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field and 2-3 years of experience in a finance role—ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Excel pro: Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge (a business case in Excel is part of the hiring process).
• Detail-oriented & proactive: You have a sharp eye for numbers and take ownership of your work.
• Strong communicator: You collaborate easily and have a hands-on mentality.
• Bilingual: You’re fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.

Nice to have: Experience with Exact Online and Basecone is a plus.

• Competitive Salary: 44,000 - 47,500 EUR excluding holiday allowance
