Senior Trader

To create and develop Thermal Coal trading network and bring breakthrough trade deals for coal shipments. Anticipate the trade risks and evolve with a strategy and execute the trade delas.  Collaborate smooth execution of trades, communicating with various parties (coal supplier, coal buyer, trade finance, surveyors, shipping agencies, etc.). Will have direct reporting relationship with the CEO of the company.

• Must have hands on experience in independently handling the coal trade deals
• Strong networking ability to create and develop market and customer based
• Ability anticipates risks and propose a mitigation plan
• Must be a self-starter and believe on ethical practices
• Capable of extensive communication and follow up with internal & external stake holders and carry out the roles & responsibility diligently
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required. 
• Business related mobility is essential for the role holder
• Ability to pre-empt the issues/problems and prompt action to resolve the same
• Ability to work flexible hours to complete work
