WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Master’s degree in the life sciences
Demonstrated 2–3 years of relevant experience is required
Proven wet-lab experience, particularly in the handling and culturing of mammalian cell lines, RT-qPCR, cloning, and Western blotting
Experience in protein extraction and quantification
Proficiency with MS Office and a willingness to learn new software tools
Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
A positive attitude, and strong team player mentality
Previous experience with CRISPR-Cas9 technology and/or FACS analysis is an advantage
WHAT YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL BE
Cell line handling: Thawing, freezing, culturing, and genome engineering of mammalian cell lines, along with execution of cellular assays
Experiment planning and execution: Designing, conducting, and analyzing experiments, with a focus on compound profiling and characterization through various cell-based assays
Protein work: Performing protein extraction, quantification, and Western blotting as part of molecular analysis workflows
Assay development: Establishing and optimizing assays, including generating standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Documentation: Accurately recording all work processes and experimental results in accordance with internal documentation standards
Lab equipment upkeep: Ensuring proper use, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory instruments
