The role:
We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Business Developer to take on a dual role focusing on generating leads, driving revenue, and building strategic relationships to fuel our expansion in the B2B password management market for Proton Pass. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoy blending strategy with execution, this role is for you.
Proton Pass is a rapidly growing password manager. Launched less than two years ago, Proton Pass has already become one of the leaders in the B2C space. Now, we're leveraging this success to rapidly grow in the B2B market. With the password manager market valued at $3 billion and growing at 20% annually, this is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the most dynamic segments in the cybersecurity market.
What you will do:
Drive market expansion and develop partnerships
- Build a solid understanding of the password management space.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to expand Proton Pass’s presence in the B2B market.
- Grow and manage strategic partnerships with organizations, resellers, and other key stakeholders to drive adoption.
Kick-off outbound sales for Pass:
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline and proactively prospect for new clients and business opportunities.
- Cultivate and grow relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to establish a strong reseller network.
Public Speaking, Product positioning for B2B audience:
- Conduct webinars and demos to educate prospects on trends in password management and cybersecurity.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company, generate leads and new collaborations.
Develop Customer Insights:
- Understand the needs and pain points of B2B customers to tailor Proton Pass offerings and refine our go-to-market approach.
What we need from you:
- Fluency in English and French
- Proven track record in business development and sales
- Experience in cybersecurity solutions or relevant expertise within security-focused SaaS solutions
- Great presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear complex manner
- A self-starter with excellent time management skills and accountability
- Ability to travel
