You will work full-time at our office in Phuket.

Your Responsibilities – contra boring, PRO YOU 

  • Responsibility: Proven ability to port and downgrade software from master versions to older releases while ensuring stability and functional reliability.
  • Continuous Development: Experience in adapting code to legacy APIs and frameworks to support the ongoing maintenance and further development of existing software versions.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong skills in resolving build and dependency issues to ensure con-sistent and reproducible software builds.
  • Delivery & Deployment: Experience with tool-assisted delivery processes and installation of software on customer systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Solid background in bug fixing and ensuring functional consistency across multiple software versions.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams across Europe and Asia

Your Profile – contra standard, PRO YOU 

  • Strong experience in one major programming language
  • Solid understanding of Git, branching and backporting strategies
  • Experience with build tools and dependency management
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills
  • Structured, reliable and detail-oriented working style
  • Personality: Analytical working style, high level of self-organization, strong communication skills
  • Language skills: Very good English skills for communication in an international environment

Nice to have

  • Experience with legacy systems and long-term support versions
  • Progress ABL knowledge
  • Experience in distributed / offshore teams
  • Experience in Ticketing Systems
  • Experience with Gi
