Proalpha Polska is the Polish entity of the Proalpha Group, with over 20 years of experience supporting industrial customers and internal group projects. This role is based in our Zielona Góra office and focuses on building and developing our People & Culture function for the Polish organization in close collaboration with our international teams. 

You will work in a flexible hybrid model, with a minimum of 2–3 days per week at our Zielona Góra office and the remaining time working from home. 

Your Responsabilities – contra boring, PRO YOU 

You shape People & Culture holistically – from operational People & Culture work to the further development of processes and talents. As a central point of contact, you ensure clear procedures, legal compliance, and strong collaboration with international stakeholders. In doing so, you take responsibility and lead your area with an overall perspective and proximity to the business.   

  • Responsibility: As People & Culture Manager Poland, you manage day-to-day operational business, provide professional guidance to employees, and ensure reliable People & Culture support. 
  • Administration: You are responsible for onboarding and offboarding, preparing contracts, supplementary agreements, warnings, terminations, and references, and act as the first point of contact for P&C related questions. You are passing on all pay-related data and changes to external tax consultants. 
  • Recruiting: Through the implementation of recruiting activities, interviews, and employer branding initiatives, you actively contribute to the growth of the organization. 
  • Consulting: In close exchange with managers, you advise on labor law matters and ensure compliance with legal as well as internal regulations. 
  • Development: With a focus on digitalization, you optimize P&C processes, manage the HR systems, and contribute to talent management programs as well as special projects.  

Your Profil – contra standard, PRO YOU 

  • Education: Completed degree in human resources management, business administration, law, or a comparable qualification 
  • Professional experience: Several years of experience in operational HR Administration / People & Culture work
  • Expertise: Labor law, People & Culture administration, recruiting, talent management, payroll interfaces, HR systems
  • Personality: Reliable, structured, strong communication skills, with a confident demeanor toward employees and managers 
  • Language: Very good Polish and English skills for communication in an international environment
