Partnership Acquisition Manager (LATAM Market - Crypto/CFD Product)

PrimeXBT is a Top10 financial services provider offering a wide range of multi-asset trading products, including cryptocurrencies and CFDs. Our proprietary trading platform and integration with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) provide our clients with a robust and versatile trading experience. We are committed to expanding our footprint in LATAM market and are seeking a highly motivated Partnership account manager to lead this effort.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Partnership Acquisition Manager (PAM) to help scale our global partner ecosystem.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for finding, onboarding, and activating high-quality partners who bring new traders to the platform. You’ll own the journey from first contact through activation, working closely with partners to launch campaigns and reach performance milestones.

This is a hands-on, performance-driven role with a clear impact on growth.

What You’ll Do

Partner Sourcing & Outreach

• Identify and source potential partners (influencers, educators, communities, agencies)
• Prospect via LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, events, and local networks
• Run structured, personalized outreach across email, messaging apps, and calls

Qualification & Deal Management

• Assess partner quality, audience relevance, and growth potential
• Conduct discovery calls to understand goals and promotion strategies
• Present partnership models (revenue share, custom deals where applicable)
• Negotiate terms and agree on short-term performance goals

Onboarding & Activation

• Onboard partners into tracking and partner systems
• Educate partners on tools, tiers, and best practices
• Support partners in launching their first campaigns
• Monitor performance and help optimize towards activation

Performance Ownership

• Drive partners to reach Active status (5+ first-time deposits)
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up discipline
• Handover activated partners to Business Development Managers with full context

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Experience in partnerships, sales, affiliate marketing, or business development within Trading industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfort working with targets and KPIs
• Organized, proactive, and follow-up driven
• Experience using CRMs and digital tools

Nice to Have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, trading, or online platforms
• Familiarity with influencer or affiliate ecosystems
• Experience working with global partners
