Design Lead

PrimeXBT is a Top10 financial services provider offering a wide range of multi-asset trading products, including cryptocurrencies and CFDs. Our proprietary trading platform and integration with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) provide our clients with a robust and versatile trading experience. We are committed to expanding our footprint and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead this effort.

We are looking for a senior-level Design Lead to set the creative direction and visual strategy for our brand. This role focuses exclusively on design and content, ensuring that every visual and written asset communicates our brand vision, attracts clients, and drives measurable results.

You will lead the design team and oversee content writers, aligning creative output with business goals. The ideal candidate combines a strong aesthetic sense with analytical thinking — someone who not only creates outstanding visuals but also understands how design impacts engagement, conversion, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the visual identity and creative direction of the brand.
• Manage the design team and oversee the quality of visual content.
• Ensure that all creative materials support business objectives and measurable KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and stakeholder teams to align creative outputs with company goals.
• Review performance data to understand which creative approaches convert best and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members and guide them toward excellence in execution.
• Present and justify design decisions clearly to stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
• Propose  creative and innovative  ideas for improving brand visibility, client attraction, and user experience.
• Drive long-term design strategy to support brand positioning and market differentiation.
• Identify emerging design trends and apply them to maintain a modern, competitive brand presence.
• Establish design standards, templates, and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Implement processes for project management, version control, and collaboration across teams.
• Lead creative experiments, testing new concepts for campaigns, product launches, or brand experiences.
• Explore and integrate new tools, technologies, and platforms that enhance creative output.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an Design Lead or Senior Designer in the trading industry 
• Proven experience leading design teams and managing creative workflows.
• Exceptional sense of style, strong visual taste, and understanding of copywriting and content tone.
• Ability to connect design decisions with business outcomes and financial results.
• Analytical mindset — capable of interpreting creative performance data to guide design strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to defend creative vision constructively.
• Portfolio demonstrating a high level of aesthetic quality, consistency, and commercial impact (required).
• Fluency in English and Russian languages.
