Overview: 

As the Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our demand and supply planning strategy. You will be the lead planning contact for the UK region of 5 global brands, working closely with global counterparts and in market sales, marketing & finance functions to support the businesses commercial targets and vision. Your first priority will be ensuring a seamless S&OP process from efficient stock management to top of class FA/FB and excellent service levels. We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager who creates and leads a team with a very strong growth mindset and a can-do attitude of doing what it takes to win. We’re looking for someone who thrives in balancing brand, consumer, customers, with the ambition to deliver a substantial step up in profitable growth of the business.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Strategy Development & Execution

• Own S&OP process for demand and supply planning
• Lead base forecasting and promotion planning to ensure all departments are aligned to business plan as well as challenging assumptions
• Responsible for defining unconstrained forecast into the demand plan including innovation, promotion, and growth assumptions
• Monitor forecast accuracy, forecast bias reporting and continuous improvement of service levels, stocks and waste

Team Management, Technology and Continuous Improvement

• Lead a team working across demand and supply planning
• Responsible for growing and nurturing talent including succession planning ensuring organization is fit to win short and long term
• Own planning technology and reporting transformation
• Define new processes and improvement areas for demand and supply planning

Partnership & Collaboration

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure delivery of S&OP process
• Works closely with each brands US HQ to ensure proper levels of inventory to achieve the plan while ensuring inventory targets are still being met
• Partner with the REN Supply Chain Manager, to drive consistency in ways of working within the UK Hub, and efficiency where possible, especially towards commercial colleagues working across brands

What we are looking for:

• Strong experience in Supply Chain with a detailed knowledge of demand planning, supply planning and inventory management processes and protocols
• Demonstrated analytical and conceptual problem-solving ability
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to adapt your influencing style and presentation skills according to the forum and /or audience
• Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with autonomy
• The ability to effectively lead and engage cross functional global and local teams and a willingness to take responsibility and accountability
• Independent and self-motivated, comfortable with a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of key financials, P&L and forecasting
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Experience with PowerBI report creation a plus
