Beauty Advisor and Training Coordinator – Tatcha EU

The Role Description: BA and Training Coordinator (French Speaking, Italian and Spanish a plus)
We have an exciting opportunity to hire an ambitious, passionate, and driven BA and Training Coordinator for Tatcha EU.
In this role you will be responsible for driving growth across the business through captivating event execution and inspirational education strategy. Focusing on partnering with our key retail partners to plan and execute events, training and education that maximize brand awareness and retail sales. The BA and training coordinator is responsible for ensuring all brand representatives and store partners are educated on Tatcha brand heritage and products, to be our brand advocates in store. The Tatcha – BA and Training Coordinator will act as a key ambassador for Tatcha in the EU and will be an instrumental sales driver to the Paris Champs-Elysées Flagship store.
In this role you will work closely with both the brand as well as the regional field sales team and Head of Retail.
Each day at Tatcha is different with new challenges to solve and tasks to tackle, but here is an idea of some of the things you will work on:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute, together with the brand and Head of Retail, the events strategy & calendar to provide immersive brand experiences and bring the products to life at key retailers
- Develop and execute the training strategy & calendar, leveraging the global educational content and strategy.
- Build strong relationships with key personnel in all retailer accounts by visiting top doors 3 days a week to ensure brand love & keep brand top of mind.
- Train in store teams frequently
- Achieve and exceed key sales targets, as agreed with the brand and Head of Retail.
- Train and inspire the Tatcha field team to ensure they have the knowledge and tools to drive sell-out in EU doors.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing expert guidance and support to the sales teams in converting customer inquiries and concerns into sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate the efficacy of Tatcha products through live events and workshops in stores & on social media.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of skincare and beauty / digital trends.
- Support customer service journey for seem less customer experience.
- Own development of all educational content including social media & email
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in Education and Events role preferably within prestige beauty industry, focused on skincare.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- French Speaking & potential travel in other specified EU countries (other language skills may be a benefit).
- Proven experience in a sales-focused education role within the skincare or beauty industry, with a track record of driving customer conversion and sales growth.
- Evidence of growing accounts through education and event activation.
- Experience delivering educational events and workshops to large groups.
- Strong knowledge of social media and purpose of channel to support brand education.
- Confidence in filming and editing content for the brand to be used across social media.
- Expert knowledge of skin, skincare, benefits, usage & skin-care ingredients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences both in-person and online.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret customer feedback to continuously improve education initiatives.
- Passion for the skincare and beauty industry, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends, scientific advancements, and competitor products.
- Proactive and results-driven attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to confidently perform events and demos in stores.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a determination to win.
- Strong interpersonal, numeracy and organisational skills.
- Excellent team player.

- Flexibility required during peak trade and weekends.
