How You’ll Shape Our Story:

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Finance Process Improvement & Automation Coordinator will be the driving force behind how we build, automate, and scale our finance operations. Your mission is clear: help transform our finance team into a highreliability, high-impact function by designing smarter processes, leveraging our core systems, and freeing up managers to focus on what truly matters.

  • 👉 Systems Management: Own and optimize our finance systems ecosystem — including Navision (Business Central) ERP, Medius (Accounts Payable), e-invoicing platforms across multiple jurisdictions, and billing and payment terminal systems. Act as the internal product owner for these platforms: manage configurations, drive adoption, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the systems evolve with the business.
  • 👉 Process Improvement & Automation: Lead the identification, design, and implementation of process improvements across the finance function. Build automation workflows — leveraging tools such as KNIME, n8n, Zapier, make — that increase reliability, reduce manual effort, and give finance managers the bandwidth to focus on high-value-added analysis and decision-making.
  • 👉 Documentation & Knowledge Management: Build and maintain a structured, best-in-class documentation framework in Confluence. Ensure every finance process is clearly documented with workflows, ownership, controls, and exception handling — making our operations scalable and audit-ready.
  • 👉 Project Management: Plan and deliver finance transformation projects end-to-end — from scoping and stakeholder alignment through execution and post-implementation review. Manage timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
  • 👉 Stakeholder Enablement: Partner closely with finance managers and team leads across other departments to understand pain points, co-design solutions, and drive change adoption. Your success is measured by theirs — a more reliable, more confident, more strategic finance team.

This Is About You, Not Us 🫵🏼:

  • Proven experience in finance process improvement, systems implementation, or finance transformation projects
  • Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems (Navision / Business Central preferred)
  • Experience with workflow automation and data integration tools (KNIME, n8n, zapier, make or similar) is a plus
  • Strong project management skills — structured, organized, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
  • Experience building process documentation and knowledge bases (Confluence or similar)
  • A builder's mindset: you see inefficiency as an opportunity, not a complaint
  • Ability to bridge the gap between finance teams and technology — translating business needs into system solutions
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy while keeping stakeholders aligned
