Responsibilities:

• Handle customer support across various channels (calls, emails, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and investigate issues to identify root causes
• Monitor the charger network and quickly address any issues
• Use multiple tools, platforms, and knowledge bases efficiently
• Communicate clearly with both internal teams and external users
• Prioritize and escalate urgent matters
• Log customer interactions thoroughly and share insights with the team

Who are you?

• Must be fluent in Polish and at least one of the following: French, Spanish, or Portuguese. Powerdot values multilingual communication and a strong cross-cultural mindset.
• Empathy & Patience: You understand the user experience and handle cases with care.
• Strong Communication: Both written and verbal. 
• Proactive Mindset: Independent, hands-on, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Sustainability Enthusiast: Passion for EV and green tech is a bonus.
• Location: Must be in Lisbon or willing to relocate. rotating shift work is expected.
