_{We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Accounting with strong SaaS industry expertise to oversee and scale our accounting operations. This role will have a primary focus on revenue recognition under ASC 606 and U.S. compliance (GAAP, tax, and regulatory filings). The ideal candidate will bring proven experience supporting finance and accounting functions through late-stage growth—including scaling from Series D to Series E funding and supporting the company’s path to $100M ARR and beyond. This position is highly visible, partnering with key stakeholders across Finance, Legal, and Sales, and will play a critical role in preparing the organization for continued growth and potential exit readiness.}

_{Key Responsibilities}

• _{Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.}
  
  
• _{Oversee revenue recognition for customer contracts, including subscription, usage-based, and professional services revenue in compliance with ASC 606.}
  
  
• _{Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, and Sales teams to align contract terms with revenue recognition policies.}
  
  
• _{Manage, mentor, and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.}
  
  
• _{Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and system implementations to strengthen accounting operations as the company scales.}
  
  
• _{Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.}
  
  
• _{Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, contracts, and strategic initiatives.}
• _{Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and support all statutory filings, including federal, state, and local tax compliance.}
  
  
• _{Act as a key accounting member during hyper-growth phases, with direct experience of scaling operations to support late-stage fundraising and ARR milestones.}
  
  

_{Qualifications}

• _{Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred).}
  
  
• _{3+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.}
  
  
• _{Strong expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition and U.S. GAAP.}
  
  
• _{Experience with U.S. tax compliance (corporate tax, sales tax, state/local).}
  
  
• _{Demonstrated success in late-stage SaaS growth environments, ideally supporting transitions from Series D/E funding rounds or scaling to $100M+ ARR.}
  
  
• _{Proven ability to lead accounting operations, including month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting at scale.}
  
  
• _{Hands-on experience with ERP and accounting systems (e.g., Xero/ Netsuite).}
  
  
• _{Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.}
  
  
• _{Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS environment and adapt quickly to evolving priorities.}
  
  
• _{Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and present financial information to key stakeholders.}
  
  

_{Preferred Qualifications}

• _{CPA designation or public accounting experience.}
  
  
• _{Prior experience preparing a SaaS company for IPO-readiness or strategic exit.}
  
  
• _{Familiarity with multi-entity, multi-currency operations.}
  
  
• _{Background in implementing process automation and scalable financial systems.}

_{We provide a competitive salary range for this role - which is $145,000 – $160,000 - depending on level and experience. Please note this range is intended as a guide, not a guarantee. Final compensation will be based on individual qualifications, relevant experience, and the scope of the role.}
