Senior Manager, Marketing Revenue Operations

We’re looking for a Marketing Revenue Operations leader who can build structure, accelerate pipeline via timely data insights, and partner cross-functionally to drive results.
As Senior Manager, Marketing Revenue Operations, you’ll serve as the operational & business partner to the CMO’s organization. You will own the systems, processes, and reporting that power Marketing. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to shape how Marketing contributes to revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Systems
- Full ownership of the marketing technology platforms.
- Website management & marketing-based maintenance.
- Ensure system interoperability, data cleanliness, and integration across GTM systems.
Analytics
- Design and maintain dashboards that give visibility into pipeline & campaign ROI.
- Own campaign logic and data models that power analytics and forecasting.
- Deliver proactive insights and analysis to the team and business.
Process
- Create and optimize marketing campaign components (email, landing pages, automations, events).
- Lead campaign design across HubSpot, Salesforce, ABM platforms, webinars, and partner motions.
- Ensure data integrity and seamless handoff between Marketing and Sales.
- Support pipeline forecasting and ROI calculations for marketing initiatives.
Strategy & Enablement
- Define best practices for campaign management, reporting, and attribution.
- Act as the operational lead for AE- and partner-driven programs.
- Drive foundational Salesforce strategy for marketing and pipeline management.
- Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Finance to align on forecasting, budget, and pipeline goals.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in Marketing Ops, RevOps, or GTM Strategy within B2B SaaS.
- Expertise in pipeline management, velocity tracking, and forecasting.
- Hands-on technical skills across Salesforce, HubSpot, ABM tools, and analytics platforms.
- Track record of owning and scaling marketing tech stacks.
- Strong cross-functional leadership with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Experience in enterprise sales environments.
- Comfortable moving quickly in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
US and Canada:
We provide a competitive salary range for this role - which is $130,000 – $145,000 base salary plus an annual bonus. Please note this range is intended as a guide, not a guarantee. Final compensation will be based on individual qualifications, relevant experience, and the scope of the role.
In addition to salary, this position includes equity in the business, giving you the opportunity to share in the company’s long-term success.
