Technical Recruiter (Must be in UK)

Overview of the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The right candidate will have 2-5 years of in-house or agency technical sourcing or technical recruiting experience (this is a must!) You will play a critical part in identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent for our Engineering, Product, and Research Scientist teams. You will be the first point of contact for potential candidates and will be instrumental in building a strong Technical talent pipeline to support our company’s growth.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of tech stacks, programming languages, and Engineering and Machine Learning concepts.
- Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Boolean, Greenhouse, Cord, etc) to proactively build talent pipelines.
- Prior experience working in a startup (or start-up clients) or high-growth environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to move in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to manage 10-15 Engineering and Product requisitions at one time ranging from all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Global Talent Lead, Hiring Managers, and Leadership team to understand hiring needs and technical requirements for roles.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent.
- Use a variety of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Boolean, Greenhouse, Cord, etc.) to proactively build talent pipelines.
- Screen CV’s and conduct initial outreach to assess candidate interest and skill set for role.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on candidates and pipeline activity in the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
- Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically to candidates.
