Senior GTM Manager, Strategic Alliances

We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Senior Go-To-Market Lead to expand our technology alliances and partnerships with global systems integrators in North America.
Your mission will be to identify, negotiate, and scale strategic alliances within the world of enterprise contact center and customer experience transformation. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to develop new offerings with our strategic alliances that will create the foundation for platform-driven, exponential growth.
We’re looking for experienced individuals who bring a well-rounded commercial skillset spanning strategic thinking, business development and value proposition development along with a curiosity for product and new technologies.
Your responsibilities:

Define and implement compelling strategy and tactics to form strategic alliances with technology partners and global systems integrators that have a path to revenue.

Cover all aspects of partner development, including partner identification, recruitment and negotiations, relationship building, developing joint value propositions and assessing technical requirements.

Work closely with sales, marketing, product, solutions consulting and engineering teams to align internal stakeholders to execute on the alliance opportunity.

Develop strong executive relationships with industry thought leaders and key alliance partners, aligning on long-term strategies and growth opportunities.

Establish a meticulous operational cadence backed by strong individual initiative with a keen eye on qualifying conversations, moving opportunities forward and identifying opportunities to accelerate through escalation or other means.
What you’ll come with:

5+ years of prior work experience with time spent and a proven track record in a strategic alliances or technology/integration partnerships role

Existing network and knowledge relevant to the technology ecosystems across the enterprise contact center and CX transformation

Significant experience leading VP-level and above relationships, with strong executive presence and ability to quickly build credibility

Significant experience leading pursuit teams, driving commercial strategy and proposal development processes, preferably in a professional services/consulting environment

Experience working with product, marketing and/or engineering teams to bring proof-of-concepts or joint solutions to life

Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and prospects across the USA
We’d love it if you have:

A strong personal interest in emerging technologies. You are tech-forward; you’ve tinkered with conversational AI or other new technologies before they become mainstream

Past experience with CCaaS, CDP, CRM systems and their partner ecosystems like Salesforce, AWS, Accenture, Deloitte etc and knowledge of their competitive landscape
