We’re looking for an organised and proactive individual to join us at Policy Expert as the Office & Facilities Coordinator. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy multitasking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

 

The Role

As the Office & Facilities Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring our busy office runs like clockwork. Your role will be vital in maintaining a productive and positive environment where our engaged colleagues can thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Office Management: Keep the office organised, stocked, and running smoothly. From supplies to safety, you’ll ensure everything is in place for maximum efficiency.
  • Facilities Coordination: Manage building maintenance, vendor relationships, and office equipment to create a comfortable and safe workplace.
  • Event Planning: Bring our team together by coordinating company events, meetings, and social activities that strengthen our friendly and inclusive culture.
  • Reception Duties: Be the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues alike, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they walk through the door.
  • Supporting Our Team: Work closely with HR and management to support employee needs and contribute to an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
  • Previous experience in office administration or management (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Our application process consists of:

  1. An Online Skills Assessment
  2. A telephone-based Interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team
  3. A video call with the Hiring Manager and a member of our Talent Acquisition Team
  4. Final face-to-face interview with the Departmental Manager

Salary starting at £26,000 - £27,000 dependant on experience.
