Your Responsibilities
At Policy Expert, we’re building a brand that stands out in the insurance category by delivering exceptional creative and a consistent, engaging customer experience. We see brand as a critical driver of business growth—building awareness, trust, and preference that directly fuel customer acquisition, loyalty, and long-term commercial success. The Brand Marketing Lead will play a central role in shaping, embedding, and evolving our brand platform and identity, ensuring it remains distinct, consistent, and deeply valued by our customers.
Your primary areas of responsibility and focus will be:
Brand Campaign Development & Delivery
- Lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns that deliver on brand and communication objectives for Policy Expert.
- Ensure campaigns reflect our brand strategy and positioning, delivering high-quality creative that drives both emotional engagement and commercial impact.
- Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to produce standout content and communications, ensuring they align with the creative brief and business objectives.
- Lead creative testing processes to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of campaigns and assets
Brand Identity & Design System
- Oversee the evolution and embedding of our brand identity and design system across the business.
- Champion consistent application of brand guidelines across all customer and internal touchpoints, ensuring we present a cohesive and distinctive brand.
- Work collaboratively across the Customer & Commercial team to maintain visual and verbal consistency and high-quality execution.
Brand Experience & Consistency
- Partner with stakeholders across functions to ensure our brand is consistently represented across the entire customer journey.
- Branding guardianship and guidance across internal functions (e.g. Learning & Development, People Experience, Trinity Claims), to support their design work and ensure high standards
- Support the development of tools and frameworks that enable teams to apply the brand identity independently and effectively.
Brand-building commercial case
- Develop and articulate the commercial case for brand investment, linking brand health and recognition metrics to business growth outcomes such as customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Build frameworks and models to forecast and measure the financial impact of brand-building activities over time, balancing short-term performance marketing pressures with long-term brand equity development.
- Collaborate with Finance and leadership teams to secure buy-in for brand initiatives by presenting clear, evidence-based business cases that demonstrate return on investment and strategic alignment with company goals.

- Can balance creativity with commercial thinking, ensuring our brand drives both emotional connection and business results.
- Thrives on collaboration, working cross-functionally to embed brand principles and elevate the quality of output.
- Has the confidence and expertise to challenge and inspire creative partners and internal teams.
To be a great candidate, you’d need to evidence experience in the majority of these areas:
- Leading the development and delivery of integrated brand campaigns across multiple channels.
- Managing brand identity and design systems, ensuring consistency across a range of customer touchpoints.
- Collaborating with creative agencies and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality content and communications.
- Applying creative testing and performance measurement to refine and improve brand campaigns.
- Commercial forecasting and business case building for brand investment.
