What you’ll get to do
As Global Director Finance & Operations, you will lead and continuously develop PlanRadar’s global Finance & Operations organization in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will be responsible for building scalable structures, strengthening processes and enabling sustainable growth across multiple regions and legal entities.
AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL
- Lead and develop the global Finance & Operations organization, covering Finance, Controlling, Legal and Operations (including Business Operations and System Operations) across multiple international regions and legal entities
- Build, evolve and continuously improve financial and operational core processes, including Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Lead-to-Close, together with your teams
- Drive high-quality financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting, ensuring transparency, accuracy and timely decision-making across the organization
- Partner closely with Go-To-Market teams to translate growth targets into scalable financial, operational and system processes
- Build and continuously evolve forecasting, pipeline, commission and incentive models to support predictable and sustainable revenue growth
- Drive operational excellence, data quality and system reliability across reporting, KPIs, CRM and core business tools
- Oversee legal, regulatory and compliance topics in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a strategic sparring partner to the CEO and Management Team, providing financial and operational insights to support long-term strategy and company growth
WHO YOU ARE
- You bring 8–10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting and 5–7+ years in Business Operations, gained within an international environment
- You have proven leadership experience in senior or director-level roles, including leading and developing senior leaders
- You bring a strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models and experience working in venture-backed, high-growth environments
- You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset and enjoy building and improving structures together with your teams
- You demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, with experience working with KPIs, BI tools and complex data sets
- You are a confident communicator and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the organization
- You have excellent spoken and written business English skills; German is a strong advantage

The annual gross minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on the Austrian law for this position is minimum EUR 82.600. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance. Depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience your salary could be significantly higher.
