What you’ll get to do
As a Junior HR Business Partner, you’ll support strategic HR initiatives and collaborate closely with our Senior HR Business Partners and our People Managers to align people practices with business goals.
AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL
- Assist in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business goals, working closely with the Senior HRBP to ensure consistency across teams
- Support Senior HRBP in workforce planning
- Support in talent development efforts, such as succession planning and leadership development among others
- Contribute to organizational design and change management initiatives
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure effective delivery Of HR programs and initiatives
- Provide data-driven insights through HR metrics and analysis
- Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal standards, and best practices
- Support Senior HRBP with any other required topics
WHO YOU ARE
- 2–4 years of HR experience, ideally in fast-paced or scaling environments (tech/SaaS a plus)
- Exposure to areas like talent development, performance management, workforce analytics, change, or organizational design
- Experience supporting teams through growth or transformation
- Familiarity with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) or structured HR models
- Comfortable working with international or cross-functional teams
- You have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English. Any other languages like German are considered a plus
- Adaptable and resilient in dynamic environments
- Clear and professional communicator with strong stakeholder focus
- Proactive, reliable, and taking ownership of outcomes
