What you’ll get to do
We are looking for a BI Specialist to join our Business Controlling team and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and provide valuable insights to support strategic initiatives. AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL
- Take ownership of the design, implementation, and maintenance of the data architecture and data flows that support reporting within the Business Controlling team, ensuring they meet business needs and are scalable for future requirements
- Identify opportunities to leverage BI tools for process optimization and efficiency gains, including the application of AI technologies where appropriate
- Create, maintain, and enhance interactive reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-makers across various departments, including ad-hoc analyses for executive leadership
- Collaborate with our System Operations and Data Science teams to develop, maintain, and refine database models, ensuring data quality, integrity, and availability
- Handle other project related tasks to ensure timely and successful delivery
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling or Business Informatics
- You have at least two years of professional experience in Controlling or a comparable position
- You have strong analytical skills with a high affinity for IT and numbers
- You are adaptable, dedicated, and highly motivated to achieve results
- You have an entrepreneurial thinking, grasp new concepts quickly and work independently with precision and attention to details
- You have excellent proficiency in Excel, a solid understanding of databases, strong SQL skills, and hands-on experience with BI tools
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)

The annual gross minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on the Austrian law for this position is EUR 56.000. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance. Depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience your salary could be significantly higher.
