Senior Marketing Project Manager
PINECA GROUP is a leading online brand of prefabricated wooden buildings, delivering high-quality wood living solutions to thousands of customers across Europe each year. Founded in Lithuania and operating in 11 countries, we are recognised for our craftsmanship, exceptional customer care, and an extensive product portfolio ranging from compact, traditional structures to premium, upscale solutions.
With over 20 years of craftsmanship, modern design practices and a customer-centric mindset, we guide and support our clients through every stage of their project – with honesty, precision and a genuine commitment to helping them realise their vision.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Project Manager to improve how customers move from their first visit to an order across Quick-Garden, Pineca and Chalet de Jardin. You will own the conversion process across our brands and markets: identify where customers drop out, turn findings into tests and improvements, and bring marketing, sales and web teams together to act on the results.
This role combines hands-on conversion optimization with process ownership and commercial judgment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and maintain a shared conversion funnel and playbook across three brands and 11 markets.
- Lead a weekly review of targets, actual results, gaps, root causes and next actions.
- Develop hypotheses and run structured A/B and multivariate tests on high-traffic product and category pages, landing pages and checkout.
- Use GA4, dashboards, attribution data and enquiry-to-order results to identify opportunities and measure impact.
- Manage the handoff from marketing to sales, including response-time standards and a feedback loop on lead quality.
- Check that campaigns and landing pages align across markets, and flag underperforming channels or markets early.
- Plan the promotion calendar across brands and markets, setting priorities for seasonal sales, clearance and bundle offers.
- Coordinate promotions with PPC, SEO, content and email teams, then assess conversion lift alongside margin impact.
- Document processes, playbooks and onboarding guidance so effective ways of working can be repeated across markets.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Strong experience in e-commerce conversion rate optimization, including funnel analysis, hypothesis-led testing and landing page or checkout improvement.
- Ability to design clear processes, playbooks and service standards that work across multiple teams and markets.
- Confidence using GA4 and performance dashboards to interpret attribution and conversion data.
- A practical approach to root-cause analysis and turning findings into accountable actions.
- Experience coordinating SEO, PPC, content, sales, design and development teams.
- Commercial judgment to assess marketing results alongside revenue and margin.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to move work forward across functions.
- Experience with e-commerce web platforms, website revamps, sales operations or CRM systems, and multi-market or multi-brand businesses would be a strong advantage.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- Competitive salary: EUR 3,500 - 5,000 gross per month based on your skills and experience.
- Hybrid working model: work from the office Monday to Wednesday, and enjoy the flexibility to work from home the rest of the week.
- Private health insurance: additional health coverage for your well-being.
- Sports budget: yearly support for physical activities and wellness.
- Learning budget: annual allowance for training and professional development.
- Empowering culture: a work environment built on respect, autonomy, and collaboration.
- Team events: regular team-building activities and company gatherings.
- Annual team trip abroad: we celebrate our achievements with an unforgettable company trip.
